We therefore believe that knowledge sharing and training is a constant process. Our team therefore takes every opportunity to add to their knowledge and skills. Our training and development philosophy includes:

 

Team train the team (T4): As part of our culture we push every member irrespective of their seniority to take up a topic that they prepare material on and then share if with the team, through presentations, videos and talks.

 

Professionals train the team (PT): Under PT we engage with other industry professional and specialists to train our team through lectures, talks, demos and workshops. These trainings tend to be more technical in nature to keep the team fully updated on the latest in technology, its uses, pro & cons, problem solving etc etc.

 

External Training (ET): We further engage with professionals for soft skill and business skill trainings on a regular basis.
